Every service we provide works toward fulfilling that goal, whether it’s serving at-risk youth or giving a second chance to those who need one. In 2023, Goodwill provided more than 10,000 free community services, like job placement assistance and resume help, in central Oklahoma.

Goodwill Central Oklahoma’s free employment training services are now known as STEP. STEP if a holistic approach to job training that begins with understanding where you are, and works to create a roadmap to success with a 1:1 approach. We tailor the training you need to reach your goals, referrals to wrap-around services, access to legal aid, and more.

STEP | Youth (Previously known as YEPP) helps individuals aged 14-20 enter the workforce with confidence by providing comprehensive workplace essentials.
Join us at 316 S. Blackwelder Ave any Monday – Thursday between 9am – 11:30am to learn more about Goodwill’s free career service, and if you’re ready, even complete the orientation into the new program to begin your journey towards a career.
The Goodwill Career Pathways Institute (GCPI) offers skills-based training and certificate programs thoughtfully considered to meet the requirements of in-demand jobs. These programs are fully accredited through the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools (OBPVS), and are the next step in your career preparedness.
We take our services on the road and in the community though our two mobile vehicles, the Mobile Services Unit and the Mobile Learning Lab.
Our Mobile Services Unit is designed to bring our free services such as job application assistance, help applying for jobs, polishing up your resume to partners in the community.
Our Mobile Learning Lab is designed to bring Goodwill Career Pathways Institute, our accredited career certifications, to locations convenient to participants.
