Will Lufburrow

President & Chief Executive Officer

CEO with over 15 years of experience in leadership within Goodwill.

Will Lufburrow is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodwill Central Oklahoma, a nonprofit organization helping people with challenges to employment. With 15 years of experience in the nonprofit industry, Will has been instrumental in steering Goodwill organizations through significant growth and transformation.

Before joining Goodwill Central Oklahoma, Will held several key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill South Texas, where he developed a reputation for strategic vision and operational excellence. His leadership has been marked by a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and driving sustainable business practices.

Will is a graduate of Texas A&M University – College Station and has completed Goodwill Industries International’s Executive Program. He is known for his deep understanding of retail donation operations and his ability to navigate complex market dynamics.

Outside of work, Will is passionate about spending time with his wife and three children, which includes watching baseball games and fishing.

Traci Moses

Executive VP & Chief People Officer

Community steward and human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience

With over 22 years of human resource experience, Traci Moses joined the Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma team in 2009. She oversees Human Resources, Safety and Facilities and enjoys the blend of business objectives, talent initiatives, and collaboration her teams demonstrate each day. Traci’s loyal dedication of community stewardship and compassionate outcomes is a direct reflection of Goodwill’s mission.

Joe Trance

VP of Donated Goods Retail

Retail & logistics expert with more than 16 years of experience in production & warehousing

Joe Trance joins the Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma team with more than 16 years of retail experience, most recently from Goodwill Industries of Dallas. Joe has a wealth of experience including production, warehouse, transportation, facilities, safety and security. He is team focused and driven to maintain Goodwill’s mission.

Prior to his retail experience, Joe served in the U.S. Navy. During his time in the Navy, he traveled to many locations which served his love of traveling. Joe hopes to continue visiting more locations with his wife Lisa of 15 years. They have two children together and two dogs named Yogi and Lulu. Joe enjoys being outdoors, hiking and kayaking in his free time.

Rick Stasyszen

VP of Finance

Finance professional with 30 years of experience in retail, including decades as a finance executive.

For over 30 years Rick Stasyszen has spent his career as a dedicated financial and accounting professional. Prior to joining the Goodwill team in December of 2020, Rick served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Stage Stores, Inc. Rick has acted as a financial leader for decades, as a trusted advisor and resource for senior management while fulfilling duties over various financial reporting and compliance related activities.

Before earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with distinction at the University of Oklahoma in 1982, Rick attended St. Gregory’s College where he earned an associate degree in Business Administration. Rick became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his personal life, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and rooting for his St. Louis Cardinals. He and his wife Monica have been married for 40 years and have been blessed with three sons, one daughter, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren.

Melissa Richey

VP of Community Engagement

Corporate communications & fundraising specialist with two decades of experience in retail & nonprofits

Melissa Richey is a seasoned communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in public relations, media relations, marketing, digital media, crisis communications, advertising, and fundraising. Richey has worked with numerous clients such as home builders, fast food restaurant chains, and high-end retail boutiques. Currently, Melissa is the Vice President of Community Engagement with Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma where she focuses on the nonprofit organization’s fundraising and communications efforts.

Previously, Melissa was the Chief of Communications for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority where she oversaw multiple strategic advertising and media relations campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of Medicaid benefits for more than one million Oklahomans. Melissa’s team navigated the agency’s statewide advertising campaign aimed at 300,000 Oklahomans newly eligible for Medicaid benefits through the passage of SQ 802, Medicaid Expansion Initiative. The campaign earned the team national recognition as a National Association of Government Communicators Blue Pencil Award and a case study for other states through a partnership with GMMB.

Prior to her time at OHCA, Melissa held a communications leadership position with The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital where she oversaw multiple strategic branding, marketing, and public relations campaigns to increase national and local awareness. She led the creative initiative for a statewide branding campaign resulting in more than 350 new donors ($79,716 per month, $956,592 per year), as well as created the branding and managed four fundraising events resulting in $1,118,000 from 2017 to 2019.

Richey is currently a member of the Goodwill Industries International PR and Marketing Affinity Group, member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, as well as Past President for the Oklahoma City Chapter of Public Relations Society of America and the Oklahoma City Chapter of the American Advertising Federation. She has been named by PRSA as the OKC Public Relations Professional of the Year, Member of the Year by OKC AAF, The Journal Record as an Achiever Under 40, The Oklahoman’s 21st Century Influential Women in Healthcare, Oklahoma Magazine’s 40 Under 40, and Core Value Award for Excellence in Leadership by The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital.

Melissa is married to her husband of 18 years, Kyle Richey. They have one child, Jaxon, and two dogs named Judgie and Chimmie.

Patti Martin

Executive Administrator

Skilled administrator with 30 years of experience serving executives in legal & nonprofit environments

Patti Martin has over 30 years of experience in office and board management. Currently, she supports our executive team and board members with high-level administrative functions and serves as Executive Administrator to Jim Priest, CEO and President of Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma.

Before joining Goodwill, Patti was the office manager at a law firm in downtown Oklahoma City, served as Executive Administrator at Sunbeam Family Services, spent many years at a large law firm as a Legal Administrative Assistant, and was the consummate Executive Assistant to General Superintendent Doug Beacham of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.

When not serving the mission of Goodwill she enjoys country dancing, attending church, cheering on her Oklahoma Sooners, as well as caring for and laughing with her parents, two daughters and grandchildren.

Lisa Dillon

VP of Workforce Development

Relationship builder & education leader with more than 25 years of experience in higher education

With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Lisa joined Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, Inc. in 2018 as our Director of the Goodwill Career Pathways Institute, and over the last four years, has grown the program significantly. After demonstrating a track record of success, she was promoted to our Vice President of Workforce Development in 2020. Lisa oversees the workforce development programs enjoys working with staff and community partners to reduce individuals’ barriers to employment and develop skills-based, family-wage supporting career pathways. Lisa is motivated not only by the mission of Goodwill but the purpose of the organization: “We believe in the power of work.” This is a staple by which she has continued to grow the workforce division over her tenure with the organization.

When Lisa isn’t working, she’s thrift store shopping at Goodwill, making jewelry and watching movies with her family. She is the mom of three adult kids, 20 (Zach), 22 (Kaitlyn), 24 (Jonathan) years old and has been married to her husband John for 29 years. She’s lived in the Oklahoma City area her whole life and is proud to call OKC her home.
