Generation Good is a curriculum-based Emerging Leaders Board created by Goodwill Central Oklahoma to prepare young professionals for executive-level board service. Designed for individuals ages 23 to 40, the program provides structured leadership development, nonprofit governance education, and real-world experience through service and community engagement.
Members of Generation Good do more than support the mission; they gain the tools and knowledge to lead. Through curated learning sessions, hands-on projects, and direct involvement in Goodwill’s work, participants are equipped to become the next generation of impactful board members in our community.

If you are not yet eligible or ready for board nomination, the best way to get involved is by applying for a Generation Good Committee Position.
Committee roles are open to individuals ages 21 to 30 who are eager to serve and grow. Committee members support mission-driven projects, assist with major events such as Work the Runway, and gain leadership experience while working alongside board members and Goodwill staff. Committee service is the recommended pathway for future board nominations.
