STEP | Youth helps individuals aged 16-20 enter the workforce with confidence by providing comprehensive workplace essentials, such as computer skills, resume preparation, interview techniques, professionalism, and money management.
STEP | Youth is designed specifically for youth aged 16-20 facing challenges such as homelessness, aging out of foster care, substance abuse, criminal history, mental health issues and disabilities.
This program is funded in part by generous community partnerships, and is provided at no cost to the individuals involved! STEP | Youth also includes free lunch for participants.

This one-day program is designed to provide high-school-age students with a look behind the scenes at Goodwill Central Oklahoma, including job shadowing opportunities, a warehouse tour, free lunch, and a chance to explore Goodwill’s free job programs and employment services.
