Goodwill’s Reentry Preparation Program (REPP) helps currently incarcerated and previously justice-involved individuals reenter the workforce with confidence by obtaining in-demand job skills for fair-chance-friendly professions.
Program participants can take advantage of our new virtual reality forklift classes as well as virtual reality interviewing training programs that are designed to help navigate interviews for those who have been justice-involved.
Our REPP program doesn’t just teach you about work – you’ll also get hands-on experience. We will hire you as a Goodwill employee through one of our job openings so you can get paid to learn. There’s another option to sign up for an internship at Goodwill.
We offer five apprenticeship tracks to help you set up a solid foundation with the skills you need to succeed.
Throughout the program, you’ll earn micro-credentials and get the training you need to jumpstart a brighter future!
We know that telling your story once you get out of the system can be difficult. That’s why we have several custom-designed classes to help you make smart choices and tell your story effectively.
All program participants who successfully complete our REPP track will graduate and receive a certificate of completion.
This program is currently offered at six Oklahoma correctional facilities and Goodwill’s Career Pathways Institute in Oklahoma City. We work with the Department of Corrections, Oklahoma Re-Entry Opportunity Center, transitional facilities, The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM), and others to support those who have been affected by the justice system in Oklahoma
This free, two-month program is open to any Oklahoma resident who has been incarcerated for a day or more.
