Introducing Our New Board Members

Chris Oberst is the Director of Distribution at Love’s Travel Stops and brings 15 years of supply chain experience to the table. His expertise in optimizing complex distribution networks and leading cross-functional teams will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services across Central Oklahoma. His background in supply chain management will help Goodwill ensure sustainable growth and expand our community impact.

Oberst holds a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University. He is also actively involved in local initiatives, serving on the United Way Community Investment Committee, United Way Emerging Leaders, and the Life.Church Operations Committee.

Steffi Silvera is the Chief Leading Officer at the Greater Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she has played an instrumental role in leading the organization’s day-to-day operations. With a background in business administration and entrepreneurship, she brings strong leadership and strategic insight to Goodwill’s board. Silvera is deeply committed to driving innovation and success in the programs she oversees, including the Hispanic Chamber Women’s Business Center and Supplier Diversity Program.

Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business administration-entrepreneurship and an MBA from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
