Goodwill Week 2025: Be a Force for Good
Goodwill Week is more than just a local event — it’s a national movement that honors the collective mission of over 150 community-based Goodwill organizations. For over 120 years, Goodwill has been helping people secure meaningful work, gain independence, and support their families.
Across the country, organizations use this week to shine a light on the individuals building better futures — often with the help of job training programs, digital skills workshops, community partnerships, and support services made possible by donations and retail revenue.
It’s also a time to recognize the everyday supporters — donors, shoppers, volunteers, and advocates — who make our mission possible. Because every act of support helps Goodwill continue to create opportunities for people to thrive.
What’s Happening During Goodwill Week?
This year, Goodwill Central Oklahoma invites you to join us from May 4–10 to Be a Force for Good. Whether you’re donating goods, shopping in-store, attending an event, or simply spreading the word, every act is an act of giving.
Take part in a week of celebration, community, and impact. Here’s how you can get involved:
Tote Bag Giveaway
May 5–9, when you spend $50+ in-store, you’ll receive a limited-edition “Be a Force for Good” tote bag! While supplies last.
OKC Comets Ticket Discount
All month long, when you donate in-store or at an ADC in the OKC metro area, you’ll receive a $14 discount code for any 2025 OKC Comets home game. One discount code per donation.
Employee & Family Appreciation
To celebrate our incredible Goodwill team, employees will receive free tickets to the May 10th OKC Comets game.
It’s our way of saying thank you for being a daily force for good.

Bring a 20-gallon bag of gently used donations for free admission (one bag per vehicle, up to 5 people).
No donations? No problem!
Gate admission:
• $10 per adult
• $5 per child
What to Know:
• Max 5 people per vehicle
• Solo guests welcome to walk in and enjoy picnic-style
• No parking for single-occupant vehicles
• No outside food or drinks permitted

For the entire month of May, when you donate to any Oklahoma City metro-area Donation Center or Store, your receipt will include a QR code for you to scan to claim one $14 OKC Comets Baseball ticket!
