Goodwill Week 2025: Be a Force for Good

Goodwill Week is more than just a local event — it’s a national movement that honors the collective mission of over 150 community-based Goodwill organizations. For over 120 years, Goodwill has been helping people secure meaningful work, gain independence, and support their families.

Across the country, organizations use this week to shine a light on the individuals building better futures — often with the help of job training programs, digital skills workshops, community partnerships, and support services made possible by donations and retail revenue.

It’s also a time to recognize the everyday supporters — donors, shoppers, volunteers, and advocates — who make our mission possible. Because every act of support helps Goodwill continue to create opportunities for people to thrive.

💙 Why it Matters

Thousands in our community face barriers to employment—like poverty, housing instability, or limited access to opportunity.

Goodwill Central Oklahoma provides free programs and support to help individuals build better lives through work. Our services include:

  • Career navigation and coaching

  • Job training and placement

  • Digital literacy, wraparound services, and more

When you donate, shop, or attend events during Goodwill Week, you’re directly supporting these life-changing programs.
