Designed for youth facing challenges such as homelessness, aging out of foster care, substance abuse, criminal history, mental health issues and disabilities, Goodwill’s Youth Employment Preparation Program (YEPP) provides individuals aged 14-20 with valuable employment training.

Pre-Apprenticeship
We offer five apprenticeship tracks to help you set up a solid foundation with the skills you need to succeed.
Certifications & Training
Throughout the program, you’ll earn micro-credentials and get the training you need to jumpstart a brighter future!
Certificate of Completion
All program participants who successfully complete our REPP track will graduate and receive a certificate of completion.

Youth Action Program (YAP)
This one-day program is designed to provide high-school-age students with a look behind the scenes at Goodwill Central Oklahoma, including job shadowing opportunities, a warehouse tour, free lunch, and a chance to explore Goodwill’s free job programs and employment services.
