How does Goodwill’s Youth Employment Preparation Program work?

YEPP helps individuals aged 14-20 enter the workforce with confidence by providing comprehensive workplace essentials, such as computer skills, resume preparation, interview techniques, professionalism, and money management.

Who is eligible for Goodwill’s Youth Employment Preparation Program?

YEPP is designed specifically for youth aged 14-20 facing challenges such as homelessness, aging out of foster care, substance abuse, criminal history, mental health issues and disabilities.

How much does the program cost?

This program is provided at no cost to the individuals involved! YEPP also includes free lunch for participants.

Youth Action Program (YAP)

This one-day program is designed to provide high-school-age students with a look behind the scenes at Goodwill Central Oklahoma, including job shadowing opportunities, a warehouse tour, free lunch, and a chance to explore Goodwill’s free job programs and employment services.
